1、 IRA Training not undergone
2、 IRA material too voluminous
3、 IRA does not cater to system appreciation and technical aspects
4、 E&R training not apt for projects 1、 Ensure that all the team members undergo IRA training prior to onsite start or must have attended in the recent past. Waiver criteria shall be sufficient experience on RE.
2、 Take assistance from E&R in customizing the IRA course to cater to your project type. Use the customizable components in the course to prune unrelated sections.
3、 Design the training contents to suit project requirements. Execute a formal course-design step in advance to achieve this.

2、 获得教育和研究(E&R)部门的帮助,定制综合需求分析(IRA)课程以适应你的项目类型。使用定制组件的方法剪除不相关的部分。
3、 设计培训内容以满足项目需要。要提前执行系统的课程设计过程来达到该目的。

3、 Primary language not known (applicable to EURP & APAC regions) 1、 Identify all the Cross-cultural aspects with the help of people familiar with same customer/region
2、 List down do’s & don’ts in the beginning
3、 Suggest slow speaking for tackling accent issues
4、 Identify customer’s dress code and advised all the team members in the beginning
5、 Plan for necessary soft-skills training e.g. X-cultural sensitivity, customer interfacing skills, communication skills, etc.
6、 Include mail/document reviews in the review plans to ensure proper communication
7、 Align team structure with language proficiency requirements
